Environmental · Social · Governance

For a cable manufacturer, ESG is applied through controls that can be managed, recorded and reviewed across manufacturing and supply.

Governance

Environmental Responsibility in Manufacturing

Environmental controls focus on the impacts that actually arise from cable manufacturing, materials and site operations.

Resource & Energy Use

Purchased electricity is the principal energy source for our operations. Circulating cooling water is reused during normal production, while resource data is being consolidated for more consistent annual review.

Material & Product Compliance

Raw-material controls and finished-product verification support restricted-substance compliance, including third-party RoHS and REACH testing.

Waste & Chemical Control

Production scrap and packaging are separated from domestic waste. Ink, thinner and other process materials are stored and handled under defined workplace controls.

Emissions & Site Management

Ventilation, equipment maintenance and site environmental controls are applied to process fumes and machinery noise, with monitoring requirements reviewed against actual operations and applicable requirements.

People, Safety and Workplace Responsibility

Employment practices, occupational health and safety, workplace conduct and training are managed as part of normal operations.

Social Responsibility in Practice

Lawful employment, employee rights and workplace safety are implemented through defined personnel and occupational health and safety controls.

Lawful Employment & Employee Rights

Employment is established through written labour contracts, with working time, remuneration and leave managed through defined procedures. Child labour, forced labour and retaliation are prohibited.

Occupational Health & Safety

Workplace hazards are assessed by position and activity. PPE, occupational health examinations, chemical safety and workplace supervision form part of routine risk control.

Training & Emergency Preparedness

Employees receive induction, job-specific, chemical, fire and emergency training. Fire equipment, first-aid facilities and evacuation arrangements are maintained as part of workplace preparedness.

Governance That Supports Accountable Supply

Compliance, approvals, records and review are integrated into manufacturing, information management and supply-chain control.

Governance controls cover:

Management Systems & Compliance

Business Ethics & Internal Control

Information & IP Protection

Supplier Control & Traceability

Accountability and Risk Control

Controlled documents, internal review, segregation of duties, traceability and defined corrective actions support consistent execution and issue handling.

2025 ESG Self-Assessment

19 areas were reviewed against actual operations, available records and management confirmation, with improvement priorities identified where controls or evidence remain incomplete.
