Product Highlights

Dense Panel Wiring

Compact control cabinets place terminals, relays and protective devices close together, leaving little room for rigid conductors. H05V-K uses a Class 5 flexible copper conductor that can be dressed through short bends and narrow wiring ducts with less force. This makes it well suited to equipment and panel wiring where neat routing and easy repositioning during assembly matter more than the stiffness of a solid conductor.

Faster Termination

Panel building can involve hundreds of short point-to-point connections. Fine-stranded H05V-K is easy to position at terminal blocks and devices, reducing the time spent forcing a conductor into alignment. Used with terminals and ferrules suitable for Class 5 copper, it supports consistent preparation and clean connections across repetitive cabinet work.

Clear Circuit Identification

H05V-K is commonly used in panels where multiple circuit functions share the same wiring space. A consistent colour scheme helps technicians distinguish power, control and auxiliary conductors during assembly, testing and maintenance. Combined with ferrules and wire numbers, colour identification reduces tracing time and lowers the chance of cross-connection in dense equipment wiring.

Can you check an equivalent cable from another manufacturer?

Yes. Send the exact cable designation and, where possible, the existing datasheet or project specification. We compare conductor material, construction, voltage rating, standards and the requirements that affect the installation before confirming whether an equivalent can be offered.

What if the required size, core count or construction is not shown on the website?

Send the exact requirement. The website does not represent every possible production combination. We will check whether the construction can be supplied and whether the required standards or certification scope also cover that version before it is quoted.
