Product Highlights

Flexible 450/750 V Wiring

H07V-K combines a Class 5 copper conductor with a 450/750 V PVC insulation system, making it useful where higher-rated fixed wiring still needs easy routing through conduit, panels or equipment. The fine strands reduce the force needed to form the conductor around bends and terminal layouts, which is especially helpful at larger cross-sections and in crowded electrical cabinets.

Protective Bonding

Green/yellow H07V-K is widely used for protective-earth and equipotential-bonding links inside electrical equipment and PV installations. Its flexibility helps the conductor follow short routes between earth bars, frames and enclosure bonding points without placing unnecessary stress on the terminal. This makes it a natural base cable for both field-installed grounding links and factory-prepared grounding leads.

Controlled Flexible Termination

The same fine strands that make H07V-K easy to route also need a termination method suited to Class 5 copper. Ferrules, lugs or approved terminals keep the strand bundle fully captured and provide a repeatable interface at panels and grounding points. Matching the flexible conductor to the correct connection hardware preserves the installation advantage without sacrificing terminal stability.

Can you check an equivalent cable from another manufacturer?

Yes. Send the exact cable designation and, where possible, the existing datasheet or project specification. We compare conductor material, construction, voltage rating, standards and the requirements that affect the installation before confirming whether an equivalent can be offered.

What if the required size, core count or construction is not shown on the website?

Send the exact requirement. The website does not represent every possible production combination. We will check whether the construction can be supplied and whether the required standards or certification scope also cover that version before it is quoted.

Is there one MOQ for all HORNOUR cable products?

No single MOQ applies across the entire range. The practical quantity depends on the cable type, size, construction, packing and production conditions. Send the actual cable list and quantities and we can confirm the applicable requirement for those items.
