Product Highlights

Bare Copper Earthing

HK25 provides a direct bare-copper conductor for earthing, grounding and equipotential bonding where insulation is not required by the installation design. The 25 mm² cross-section provides a substantial copper path without adding insulation or sheath layers that serve no function in that route. Its purpose is therefore clear and specific: permanent grounding and bonding, not general power wiring.

Seven-Wire Class 2

The conductor is built from seven bright-annealed copper wires rather than one solid 25 mm² rod. This Class 2 construction makes the conductor easier to bend and route around fixed equipment while retaining a robust form for permanent grounding work. The approximately 6.4 mm conductor diameter also keeps the finished conductor compact for conventional grounding hardware.

Straightforward Grounding Connections

Because HK25 has no insulation or outer sheath, connection preparation is limited to forming and terminating the copper conductor itself. With appropriately rated copper grounding clamps or lugs, installers can make the bonding connection without additional stripping steps. The exposed conductor and connection point also remain easy to inspect where the installation keeps them accessible.

Can you check an equivalent cable from another manufacturer?

Yes. Send the exact cable designation and, where possible, the existing datasheet or project specification. We compare conductor material, construction, voltage rating, standards and the requirements that affect the installation before confirming whether an equivalent can be offered.

Is there one MOQ for all HORNOUR cable products?

No single MOQ applies across the entire range. The practical quantity depends on the cable type, size, construction, packing and production conditions. Send the actual cable list and quantities and we can confirm the applicable requirement for those items.
